For Residential deliveries, orders will be delivered from mid-morning to late evening (as late as 9pm during busy holidays). If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor. If the gift is left with a neighbor, or if no one is available to accept the gift, the recipient’s door will be tagged with clear instructions for retrieving the gift.
For Business deliveries, orders will be delivered from mid-morning morning until 5pm. Please be aware that we may leave the arrangement with the front desk or security. We are subject to the delivery restrictions of the business.
If your order shipped via a commercial carrier, it will be delivered in accordance with our Shipment Policies. For any order shipped via a commercial carrier, we recommend that you always send your gift on a date and to a location where someone will be available to retrieve the gift to ensure freshness. All shipped orders are subject to our Shipment Policies and the policies of our shipping partner. In order to ensure delivery on the date required, we do not require signature proof for orders shipped . However, a signature may be required by the commercial carrier in certain circumstances at their sole discretion.
For Residential (home) deliveries shipped via a commercial carrier, the package will be left in a location deemed by the driver to be secure. We recommend that you advise your recipient to expect a delivery. For Non-Residential (business, school, hospital, etc.) deliveries, packages typically arrive no later than the end of the business day. Packages sent to a business may be delivered as late as 6pm. Please be aware that the package may be left in a receiving area of the business such as the front desk, security, reception or mail room. The commercial carrier is subject to the delivery restrictions of the business. Again, we recommend that you advise your recipient to expect a delivery.
